Waarom meedoen?
Jouw input helpt ons initiatieven te ontwikkelen die creatieve werkenden ondersteunen, zowel op persoonlijk niveau (tools, workshops, cursussen) als op structureel niveau (beleid dat de sector versterkt). Daarnaast helpt je deelname ons inzicht te krijgen in wat werkt en waar behoefte aan is in deze sector. Zo draag jij bij aan projecten en beleidsmaatregelen die werk gezond, betekenisvol en toekomstbestendig maken.
De resultaten worden gepresenteerd aan het Ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid, zodat ze kunnen bijdragen aan beleid dat de positie van creatieve werkenden versterkt.

How will you reach retirement age as a worker in the cultural or creative sector? In a competitive and rapidly changing labour market, it is difficult to look far ahead.
That is why Utrecht University, together with Kunstenbond and Utrecht Creative Community (UCC), is conducting research into future-proof careers in the sector.
How future-proof is your career in the cultural or creative sector? Can you do work that is fulfilling, aligns with your values and is sustainable in the long term? Or is the future sometimes a big question mark that you hardly have time to think about?
Why participate?
Your input helps us develop initiatives that support creative workers, both on a personal level (tools, workshops, courses) and on a structural level (policies that strengthen the sector). In addition, your participation helps us gain insight into what works and what is needed in this sector. In this way, you contribute to projects and policy measures that make work healthy, meaningful and future-proof.
The results will be presented to the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment (SZW) so that they can contribute to policies that strengthen the position of creative workers.
